This fantastic spot –directly on a wide canal- grants a wonderful view of the water and important for the boats enthusiast, is a mere 8-10 minute trip to the Caloosahatchee River. From the driveway it is a beautifully windy and short walk to the front gate of the house. Through the 2 glass doors you come directly to the light and friendly entrance which turns seamlessly into the generously sized living and adjacent dining room areas. On the left side of the house is the very large master suite with exit to the terrace and a well-designed bathroom. On the right side is a laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as 2 further bedrooms – one of which also has an exit onto the terrace – with 2 bathrooms, of which one can also function as a pool bathroom. The large modern kitchen, decorated in white, with eating bar and adjoining tasteful breakfast area, quickens the pulse of every hobby chef. Here cooking really becomes pleasure. The whole house is laid with light easy-to-clean tiles. The total living area comprises about 220 square meters. Leaving the almost ceiling-high glass sliding doors we arrive at the large south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun of Florida to your heart’s desire or swim lengths of the electrically-heated pool. The adjoining whirlpool invites you to spend relaxing hours taking in the wonderful sunset. Under the large covered terrace you can find agreeable shade on particularly hot days. The entire terrace area is sheltered by a white mansard cage. On the canal itself you can find a wooden boating wharf.
