Disabled facilites - The apartment is ideal for those less abled, a lift goes from the underground garage to the apartment. Entertainment - The living room is ideal for relaxing and family entertainment. Two 3 seater leather sofas, (1 is a bed settee), dining table and 6 leather backed dining chairs, 32" flatscreen TV. Satellite/Freeview. DVD player. Exterior Facilities - The apartment has a good sized terrace on each floor. On the lower floor there is a patio table and 6 chairs, on the upper there is a table and 2 chairs. Features - The complex is patrolled by security guards for your well being. Services - Laundry is included in the weekly rental price. If there for longer stays the laundry can be changed at 15 Euros per week per person. Other Information - A lovely duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms split over 2 floors making for greater privacy. Terrace on each floor. Local Area - The holiday complex known as’ Los Pinares’ is just 5 minutes or so from the cosmopolitan town of Fuengirola set on the Mediterranean Sea, on the Costa del Sol, Spain. Los Pinares is a modern stylish complex comprising of luxury apartments clustured around swimming pools set in delightful communal gardens. Most apartments have stunning views down to the sea! The proximity of Los Pinares complex to the cosmopolitan resort of Fuengirola makes it an ideal base for a holiday, be it a family holiday, or a leisure break. Fuengirola is a major tourist resort, and has more than 8 km of lovely beaches and is only 25 minutes away from Malaga International Airport, and 50 minutes from Gibraltar International Airport. The resort is ideal for those interested in history as it home to a fortress, now known as Sohail Castle. There is plenty to do and see in the area an here re just a few suggestions: Visit Selwo Animal Park near Marbella, the lovely white washed mountain village of Pueblo Mijas, or see the apes in Gibraltar, go shopping in Puerto Banus or Marbella. April: The International Fair : “La Feria de los Pueblos” Easter Holy Week: Semana Santa June 24th St. John’s Day: La Fiesta de San Juan 16th July The Day of the Virgin Carmen: La Fiesta de la Virgen del Carmen (Virgen Carmen) July & August: Dance and Music Concerts in the Castle approx 17th to 20th August an annual Medieval Market is set up inside the castle walls, when all efforts are made to re-create the atmosphere of those historic times in this very appropriate setting. There are stalls with food and drink of the period. People are dressed in authentic mediaeval outfits and music and side shows go on from the morning and right into the night.
